147 <br />MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF 1/7/87 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Atkinson at 7:x•7 PM. <br />PRESENT: Peltier, Olson, Vail, Atkinson <br />City Administrator, Ken Huber <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />ABSENT: Arthur Potts <br />Motion made by Vail, Peltier seconded, to approve the minutes of November <br />16, 1987 as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by Peltier, Olson seconded, to approve the General Claims for <br />December 7, 1987 in the amount of $12,461.06. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by Vail, Peltier seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for <br />December 7, 1987 in the amount of $3,659.70. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />1988 LIQUOR AND RELATED LICENSES <br />Motion made by Atkinson, Peltier seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1987-58, A <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LIQUOR AND RELATED LICENSES FOR THE 1988 CALENDAR <br />YEAR. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />7.1 AUTO DISMANTLING LICENSE (ROGER DUPAUL <br />As per Council direction, Mr. Roger Dupaul has been notified to comply <br />with the licensing requirements previously discussed with the applicant. <br />Mr. Dupaul has requested a renewal of his auto dismantling license and has <br />failed to provide the documents and testing required by the city. Mr. <br />Dupaul has stated that he has completed a site plan for his business <br />although it had not been submitted to the city. He has also stated that <br />he does not wish to dig a monitoring well at this time as there are <br />currently cars located where he wants to dig the well. Mr. Dupaul stated <br />that the well he had previously installed was run over by a vehicle and he <br />is now looking for a safer location for the new well. He stated that he <br />plans on installing the well sometime in the spring of 1988 and have water <br />test results available by June 1, 1988. Mr. Dupaul stated that he is <br />attempting to "crown" the roads on the site to allow for better drainage. <br />Mayor Atkinson informed Mr. Dupaul that no further earth work is to be <br />done until the proper permit is obtained from RCWD. <br />Fire Chief, Ron Istvanovich, made an on-site inspection of the Dupaul site <br />and reported the following: <br />
