50 <br />April 21, 1986 <br />FIRE CHIEF <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, that the Fire Chief be authorized <br />to expend $865.00 to send 8 men to the State Fire School. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Istvanovich stated that Granger's are burying oil tanks in the area of their new <br />construction. He suggested that an ordinance be adopted requiriring all abandoned <br />tanks be removed. He will be checking on sample ordinances to be presented to <br />the Council. <br />7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />7.1 Bruce Bernin - Financing <br />Mr. Bernin was informed of the previous action to adopt RESOLUTION 1986-5, and <br />informed of the steps that are to follow. <br />9.0 ATTORNEY AND ENGINEER <br />Messrs. Johnson and Kuusisto made available their monthly reports. <br />MORE MISC. <br />The neighbor across the street from Mrs. Peltier was present to discuss the <br />"beaver" problems around the vicinity of his property. <br />Councilman Hauer discussed the Kubitschek/Peterson property on Bald Eagle Lake, <br />and hoped that Charles Johnson would have a report to make at the next meeting <br />after review of the Kubitschek abstract. <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Potts seconded, to adjourn at 9:20 PM. <br />All aye.
