53 <br />May 5, 1986 <br />5.8 Wil Harris - ASUP <br />Mr. Harris, owner of the Texan Bar, would like to amend his previous SUP to allow <br />for wrestling matches. The Planning Commission recommended approval along with the <br />same conditions as for the boxing matches. <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Potts seconded, to approve the ASUP for Wil Harris to <br />add wrestling to his existing SUP with the same conditions except as follows: <br />Item 6 - change six events per year to 12 events. <br />Item 10 - add "to comply with regulations of agency regulating wrestling, <br />if applicable". <br />Add Item 14 - Permit to allow for wrestling matches. <br />VOTING FOR: Peltier, Potts, Schwab, McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Hauer <br />Motion Carried. <br />5.9 Bald Eagle Sportsman Association - Annual Review <br />Art Timm, official of the club, was present to discuss conditions of the existing permit. <br />Mr. Time stated that they had planned on applying calcium chloride to the road two <br />times in 1985, but were unable to find a source for the second application. The <br />city received a letter from surrounding land owners, stating what they would like <br />to see addressed at renewal time. Mayor McAllister will work with the Road Superin- <br />tendent relative to calcium chloride applications. Dave Holm, 125th Street, stated <br />that he felt three treatments would be excessive, and would be satisfied with two. <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Hauer seconded, to continue with existing SUP with the <br />exception of Item 22 (calcium chloride) which will be reviewed at the <br />next Council meeting. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.10 Lloyd Chalupsky - no attendance <br />5.11 James Leroux <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to renew the Mobile HOme Permit <br />for James Leroux for 90 days. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />ADDITIONAL REGULAR MEETING <br />MO'T'ION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to schedule an additional regular <br />Council meeting for May 19, 1986, at 6:00 PM, to handle any appropriate <br />city business. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS & COMMI'TT'EES <br />6.1 Ordinance Committee <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to schedule a public hearing for <br />August 4, 1986, at 7:30 PM, to consider the proposed ordinance amending <br />Chapter 320 of the Hugo City Code entitled "Zoning" by addressing management <br />of shoreland areas in the City of Hugo. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
