61 <br />May 19, 1986 <br />MOTION: McAllister made moiton, Peltier seconded, to accept the agreement between <br />Richard Schuh, Eugene Fischer, and Elmer Hansen to operate under Fischer's <br />Mining Permit until the Planning Commission has considered his own appli- <br />cation. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to amend the original motion that <br />it is clear that Mr. Richard Schuh shall be allowed to run a hotmix <br />plant under Mining Permit #11 until he receives a permit under his own <br />name. <br />VOTING FOR: Hauer, Peltier, McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Schwab <br />ORIGINAL MOTION: <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Mr. Schuh's existing bond and letter of credit will cover all mining at the Hansen pit. <br />10.0 MISCELLANEOUS <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City will share in the <br />cost of sealing and striping the tennis courts with the Lions Club. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />The Lions Club is to hire the contractor, coordinate the work, and the City will <br />pay the Lions Club. <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Peltier seconded, to adjourn at 11:25 PM. <br />All aye.
