74 June 16, 1986 <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Potts �econded, to approve the subdivision of the <br />16 acres for James Weber to created two new parcels of 10A and 6A subject__ <br />to the following conditions being met: <br />1. A signed Certificate of Survey and legal descriptions be submitted <br />for the newly created parcels. <br />2. Submission of completed application for subdivision along with pay- <br />ment of the $60.00 fee. <br />3. Payment of $100.00 for parkland dedication. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.3 Gerald Thibault - Site Plan Approval and Variance <br />Mr. Thibault, 16585 Ingersoll, is proposing the construction of a 60 x 300 pole <br />building on his 60 acre tract of land, to be used for horse training and boarding. <br />The facility will serve approximately 33 horses. The PC reviewed the application <br />and recommended approval. <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Hauer seconded, to approve the application for <br />variance to construct a 60 x 300 pole barn closer to the road than the <br />primary structure. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Hauer seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Gerald <br />Thibault to construct a 60 x 300 pole building for horse training and <br />boarding. Mr. Thibault agrees that there will be further subdivision <br />of his 60 acre parcel. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.6 Granger's - Licenses <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to grant the following licenses <br />to GRANGER'S INC: off sale non -intoxicating liquor and cigarette licenses. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.7 Contract - Forest Lake Youth Service Bureau <br />Mr. Johnson will be "cleaning up" the submitted contract and submit when complete. <br />5.4 Frank Lewandowski - Complaint <br />Mrs. Lewandowski was present to answer questions regarding the complaint sub- <br />mitted to the City regarding the condition of he: property at 5671 141st Street. <br />She stated that she anticipates the area to be cleaned up within 30 days, but <br />that the wood will stay on the property as they use it for heating the house. <br />5.5 Ken Schotl - Subdivision <br />Barb and Ken Schotl are proposing the division of 20 acres from approximately <br />54 acres. The PC held a public hearing and recommended approval with a waivering <br />of the hardshell requirement. <br />
