Submission of a signed Certificate of Survey showing the newly created <br />parcels (20 and 34) along with their legal descriptions. <br />2. Payment of $100.00 parkland dedication. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Potts seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1986-7, A <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE APPRAISAL AMOUNT OF $5,250.00 <br />FROM APPRAISAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATES, DATED JUNE 9, 1986, IN CONJUNCTION <br />WITH THE CONDEMNATION OF LAND OWNED BY ALEX AND TAMARA ZALUCKYJ. <br />VO'T'ING FOR: Hauer, Potts, Schwab, McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Peltier <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Hauer seconded, to reconsider adoption of RESOLUTION 1986-7. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MO'T'ION: Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, to accept and approve the PLAN OF <br />OPERATION, Amendment #1, Oneka Lake Control Structure and Ditch Improvement <br />Project 8611, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Hauer seconded, that the City respond to the request <br />of Mrs. Houk, 7788 125th Street, to use Outlot A (south of Furlong's) for <br />access to Sunset Lake and make improvements to same as follows: The <br />property owned by the City of Hugo, known as Outlot A, Royalhaven Estates, <br />shall remain in an unimproved condition, and that she may use the property <br />for foot access to the lake. The property shall not be used for a boat <br />storage site nor shall there be any mowing or improvements to the site. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />9.0 ATTORNEY AND ENGINEER <br />Attorney Johnson submitted his monthly report. The City acknowledges receipt of a <br />letter from Joseph Stanek (NSP easement). <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City Clerk write a letter <br />to Mr. Stanek acknowledging receipt of his letter, and indicate that the City <br />will continue to work to resolve the problem. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
