76 June 16,1986 <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />It was the consensus of the Council that LaMetti & Sons need not apply for <br />Building Permits for the "temporary" buildings on their property. These buildings <br />will be removed when they construct the new office building. <br />ILxw9)NDZVLVL 1 <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Potts seconded, that Mr. Arnold Palme be notified <br />by certified mail that it is the opinion of the City Council that previous <br />actions on his application for subdivision are null and void because he <br />did not file a final plan within six (6) months or request an extension, in <br />writing, as provided in the ordinance. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Potts seconded, that the responsibility for <br />assigning house numbers be transferred to the Building Inspection De- <br />partment as part of the building inspection fee. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the Mayor and Clerk be <br />authorized to sign a draft made out to Rose Sibley for any funds that <br />are owned to Charles Sibley. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Schwab seconded, that the Clerk write a letter <br />to Hugo Lions Club thanking them for their contribution to the tennis courts. <br />All aye.
