MOTION: McAllister made motion, Hauer seconded, authorizing Dave Truax, Hugo's repre- sentative on the Brown's Creek WMO, to request the Washington County Planning Department to identify and list all plat and parcels in BCWMO, in the city limits of Hugo. The City of Hugo will pay all costs, with direct billing to the City of Hugo. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.3 Forest Lake Lions Club - Gambling License The Forest Lake Lions Club has made application for a Class A Gambling License to operate at the Texan Bar in the City of Hugo. MOTION: Hauer made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City of Hugo do nothing with the above mentioned application. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.5 Charles Shubat - Subdivision (2) Mr. Shubat is proposing the division of 40 acres into two 20A parcels along Homestead Avenue, between County Road 8A and 147th Street. MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the subdivision request of Charles Shubat to divide 40A into two 20A parcels subject to the fol- lowing: provide "signed" certificate of survey and payment of $100.00 parkland dedication. All aye. Motion Carried. Charles Shubat, representing fee owner, Leslie Raymond, discussed the proposal to divide 40A into 4 10 acre parcels. The submitted certificate of survey indicates the 4 lots are less than the required 10 acres. Mr. Shubat was of the understanding that the parcel consisted of 40A but will need further clarification. It was suggested that Shubat discuss the matter with the City Attorney to determine what can be done, if anything, to get the division and comply with city regulations. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Potts seconded, that the application of Leslie Raymond be tabled until September 2, 1986. All aye. Motion Carried. Motion Carried. 5.6 Arnold Palm - Subdivision Mr. Palme has previously made application for subdivision of the same property in 1984 but never completed the steps to finalize the application.
