28 April 1, 1985 <br />5.2 Imperial Tool - Site Plan Approval <br />James Olson, owner of Imperial Tool, was present and stated that the 30 x 60 <br />addition to his existing building in the Peloquin Industrial Park would be used <br />for storage and machinery. Mr. Olson had contacted the RCWD, and will be re- <br />ceiving written notification from them that no permit is required from them. <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Hauer seconded, to approve the Site Plan for James <br />Olson, Imperial Tool, for the construction of a 30 x 60 addition to <br />his existing building for storage and machinery. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.4 Eugene Schulz - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to renew the mobile home permit <br />for Eugene Schulz for 90 days, subject to receipt of $10.00 payment. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.5 Spray City Park <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, authorizing the Hugo Feed Mill to <br />spray the city park for weeds. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.6 Elsie Jasinski - Land Division <br />Don Hult, surveyor for the property, submitted a revised survey indicating the <br />creation of Lots A, B, and C. A and C are new lots of 5 acres each, and the <br />existing residence will be known as Lot B, consisting of 10 acres. Mayor Mc- <br />Allister stated that prior to land division approval, the city will need certi- <br />fication that Lots A and C are buildable. Parkland dedication of $200.00 will <br />be required assuming the land division is approved. <br />5.3 Richard Vail - Reservation of City Park <br />Mr. Vail requested the reserve the city park and the bathrooms for a family <br />reunion to be held August 11. Vail was informed the ballf fields are filled on <br />a first-come first -serve basis. The buildings are reserved by the Lions Club. <br />DUGOUTS <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to expend $1900.00 to RV Asso- <br />ciates for the reconstruction of the dugouts located in the city park. <br />Cost to be paid from the city's Special Park Fund. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Jim Marier was present requesting permission to reserve the ballf ields for a <br />softball tournament on April 27-28. There would be no beer sold. He also re- <br />quested use of the bathroom facilities. <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, granting authorization for Ricci's <br />softball team to reserve the city's ballfields on April 27-28 subject <br />to a $50.00 deposit. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
