G2J <br />April 1, 1985 <br />6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS & COMMITTEES <br />6.1 Ordinance Committee - No discussion <br />6.2 Planning Commission <br />Mayor McAllister suggested that the Council attend the Planning Commission of <br />April 10th to hear the public hearing regarding the application for a recreational <br />vehicle racetrack on 165th Street, west of Highway 61. <br />6.3 Building Inspector <br />Councilman Schwab will contact the White Bear Lake recreation department regarding <br />use of the city's ballfields during Good Neighbor Days. <br />6.4 Fire Chief - No discussion <br />6.5 Clerk <br />The Summer Youth Program is again available through Washington County, but Hugo <br />will not be able to participate because of the lack of supervisory personnel. <br />Lake Air Estates - Change Orders 1 and 2 <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve Change Orders 1 & 2 <br />for Project 8407, and authorize the Mayor to sign same. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City of Hugo accept the <br />proposal of Minnesota Micrographics to reproduce city records on microfilm <br />for an amount approximately $1500.00. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Mayor McAllister advised the Planning Commission that they will be considering the <br />application of Gary Olson, 4652 165th Street, to construct a 19,080 square foot <br />accessory building. The application should be considered a Farm Site Plan, and <br />Chapter 320-5, Subd. I reviewed. <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Hauer seconded, to adjourn at 8:00 PM. <br />All aye.
