Property owners petition Commissioner of DNR. <br />GRAVEL <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Potts seconded, to accept the proposal of Richard <br />Schuh to purchase 20,000 cubic yards of gravel at $1.75 per cubic <br />yard - $17,500 to be paid at completion and $17,500 to be paid by <br />March 31, 1986. $5,000 to be paid to Andrew Goiffon at completion <br />of pile. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />LINO LAKE AGREEMENT <br />The Council reviewed the agreement between the City of Hugo and Lino Lake, <br />as submitted by Charles Johnson. After discussion of recommended changes, <br />Johnson will have agreement retyped, highlight the changes, and resubmit <br />to Lino Lakes for their approval. <br />BLACKSMITH LOUNGE <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City Clerk send <br />a certified letter to owners of the Blacksmith Lounge stating that <br />any further reports from the Washington County Sheriff's Office of <br />after-hours occupancy, in violation of the city code, shall result <br />in a 10 -day suspension of their on -sale liquor license. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />INSURANCE <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to authorize the City Attorney <br />to write a letter of cancellation to the Beulke Insurance Agency and <br />International Excess and Surplus Lines for the public officials <br />liability insurance. <br />All aye.
