May 20, 1985 <br />Will Harris - cont. <br />45 <br />that if the principal use of the land is recreational, a SUP would be required. <br />If the building is to be used for agriculture, a farm site plan would be required. <br />Attorney Johnson was directed to examine the real estate transation to determine <br />the fee owner of the property. McAllister wants the record to show that Mr. Harris's <br />check was returned to him ($75.00) and a new check in the amount of $10.00 be <br />issued for a Farm Site Plan. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the Farm Site Plan <br />for Will Harris, representing Will Harris Investments, Inc., subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. Mr. Charles Johnson will examine the deed and determine that Will <br />Harris or Will Harris Investments, Inc., is the sole owner of the <br />property in question. <br />2. No building permit shall be issued until the property lines are <br />staked for the building inspector. <br />3. The building shall meet all city codes for setback requirements. <br />4. Approved for farm equipment storage only. <br />5. All these conditions shall be met within 30 days or approval will <br />be null and void. <br />VOTING FOR: Peltier, Schwab, Hauer, McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Potts <br />Motion Carried. <br />5.4 Richard Schuh - Mining Permits <br />MO'T'ION: Schwab made motion, Hauer seconded, to renew the Mining Permits (Goiffon <br />and Duraine) for Richard Schuh for a one year period. Approval subject <br />to renewal of all financial guarantees. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.6 Washington County Streets & Roads Agreement <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Potts seconded, to approve the Washington County Streets <br />and Roads Agreement, and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />There was further discussion of city regulations for parking of a tractor/trailer <br />in the city. <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City Clerk shall, by letter, <br />advise Mr. & Mrs. Sampson of Chapter 219-8D, "commercial vehicles", sup- <br />ported by the following: <br />1. Comprehensive Plan. <br />2. M.S.A. 473.859, Subd. D, 1 through 4, in particular, Item A of <br />Subd. 4. <br />
