66 July 15, 1985 <br />5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, C MMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br />5.1 James Leroux -- Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Scwhab seconded, to renew the Mobile Home Permit <br />for James Leroux, for a 90 day period. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />James Leroux - Land Division <br />Mr. Leroux is proposing the division of 10 acres from a 35 acre parcel. A Cer- <br />tificate of Survey was filed, as well as proof of ownership. <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Land Division for <br />James Leroux to divide 10A from 35A in the Agriculture zone. Approval <br />is subject to payment of $100.00 parkland dedication fee. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.2 Bill Wolfe - Site Plan Approval and Variance <br />Mr. Wolfe is proposing the construction of a 35 x 40(45) pole building on his <br />property located on Jeffrey Avenue. The barn would be closer to the road than <br />the house thereby necessitating the variance. <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan and <br />Variance for Bill Wolfe to construct a 35 x 40(45) pole barn according <br />to the site plan submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.3 Patrick Higgins - Site Plan Approval <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for <br />Patrick Higgins, 12145 Everton Avenue, to construct a 320 square foot <br />accessory building in the SFE zone. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.4 George Knuteson - Special Use Permit <br />Mr. Knuteson, 10051 Kerry Court, would like to construct a 22 x 18 stone and <br />wood building on his property that will serve as a retreat room and storage for <br />antiques. There will be no plumbing in the building. <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Hauer seconded, to approve the Special Use Permit <br />for George Knuteson, 10051 Kerry Court, for the construction of a <br />396 square foot accessory building on his property. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
