98 October 7, 1985 <br />6.5 Clerk <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Hauer <br />in the Special Use Permit <br />to December 31, 1985. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />7.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br />No discussion. <br />8.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />No discussion. <br />9.0 NEW BUSINESS <br />seconded, that the 60 day requirement (Item 1) <br />granted to Leo Lutz (1985-30) be extended <br />Lyle Zerwas was present to discuss a proposed land division on County Road 8A <br />and Goodview Avenue (north of 8A). Mayor McAllister stated that before the <br />city could approve any development on that particular road, the developer <br />would be responsible for road improvements. Mr. Zerwas was instructed to deposit <br />$300.00, and the clerk would have the City Engineer make an on-site inspection <br />for submission of a plan to insure Goodview, would? ccessble to 8A. He was also <br />informed of the necessity to obtain a Rice Creek Watershed permit. It was the <br />concensus of the Council that they approved the layout concept for division <br />of the land. Mayor McAllister stated that for the record there were no <br />guarantees any land division would be granted. <br />Councilman Hauer received a complaint from the landowner adjoining the city's <br />property (access) to Bald Eagle Lake. She stated that duck hunters were shooting <br />within cbse proximity to her house, and that there noisy parties during late hours <br />on the kty's property. Hauer was to inform her that signs would be posted re- <br />garding shootin within 500' of an occupied building. The city would also ask <br />that the sheriff's department survey the property more frequently. <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, to adjourn at 9:40 PM. <br />All aye.
