MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the claim from the Park Fund as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the Project 8407 claims as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES 5.1 Byron Anderson - Land Division Mr. Anderson, 15624 Jeffrey Avenue, is proposing the division of 20 acres from an 80 acre parcel. The new parcel would front on 152nd Street. Because this appli- cation process was started last April, the Council elected to proceed with the 'bld" format. Mr. Anderson was informed that all future division of land would have to go through the Planning Commission. MOTION: Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the land division for Byron Anderson subdivide 20 acres from 80 acres per the submitted Certi- ficate of Survey. Approval is subject to the following conditions being met: payment of application fee and $100.00 parkland dedication based on existing policy. Any future division of property go through procedure as set by the City of Hugo. All aye. Motion Carried.
