116 November 4, 1985 <br />CITY MANAGER <br />There was further discussion relative to the possible hiring of a city coordinator. <br />Councilman Potts stated that he would like to have public input regarding the <br />proposal, but no firm decision was made. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Schwab seconded, that a select committee be ap- <br />pointed consisting of Councilman Charles Schwab, to act as chairman, <br />City Engineer, Howard Kuusisto, and Planning Commission Chairman, George <br />Atkinson. The committee is directed to investigate and report to the <br />City Council by January 1, 1986, whether the City of Hugo should hire a <br />full-time city coordinator. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />ROAD SUPERINTENDENT <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Potts mconded, that the City of Hugo hire Charles <br />Shalander as the Road Superintendent at $500.00/month, and take home the <br />city vehicle, effective January 1, 1986. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />10.0 MISCELLANEOUS <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Hauer seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1985-22, <br />A RESOLUTION ADDRESSING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO MINNESO'T'A RULES PARTS <br />7010.0100 - 7010.0700, STATE NOISE STANDARDS. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MO'T'ION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that Mr. Art Potts be requested <br />to appear at the public hearing and present the resolution on behalf <br />of the City of Hugo. <br />All aye.
