The <br />clerk's office is to make copies available for the Council and Planning Commission. <br />6.2 Planning Commission - No discussion <br />6.3 Building Inspector <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Potts seconded, that the city purchase an automatic <br />35 mm camera to be used by Hugo's deputies and kept in the city's squad. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />6.5 Clerk <br />Mayor McAllister stated that he will make on-site inspections of citizens' request <br />for a WATCH FOR CHILDREN sign at 6319 175th Street and a barricade notifying <br />southbound traffic on Ingersoll (north of 155th Street), that the road turns. They <br />have been having problems of people missing the turn and running into their fence. <br />7.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br />No discussion <br />9.0 NEW BUSINESS <br />Wil Harris has inquired about holding boxing matches at the Texan Bar. It was the <br />concensus of the Council that Mr. Harris would need an amended SUP for "commercial <br />recreation". <br />HOME SHARE - JOINT POWERS <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the Clerk advise Randy Johnson <br />that James Hauer will serve as Hugo's representative on the joint powers <br />coimtission for the OLDER AUDULT HOME -SHARE PILOT PROGRAM. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />8.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Potts seconded, to release the current Jeff Barbour <br />Letter of Credit on file with the city. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City Clerk send a letter <br />to Lucy Thompson, Metro Council, stating that the City of Hugo relinquishes <br />$737.00 of the grant money (Comp Plan). <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
