5 MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL January 17, 1983 The meeting was called to order by Mayor McAllister at 7:02 PM. PRESENT: McAllister, Atkinson, Schwab, Vail Attorney - Charles Johnson 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES MOTION: Vail made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the minutes of January 3, 1983, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS MOTION: Vail made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the General Claims for January 17, 1983, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. MOTION: Vail made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for January 17, 1983, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES 5.1 Andrew Goiffon - Land Division Mr. Goiffon has made application to divide a 10 acre parcel from 35 acres. The land is zoned AG, and proof of ownership and a Certificate of Survey were submitted. The data was reviewed by the City Attorney, and he noted that when the deed is submitted for the clerk's signature, the legal description should be the same as used in the letter from Mr. Simonet showing proof of ownership, indicating accesivia an easement. MOTION: Vail made motion, Atkinson seconded, to approve the Land Division for Andrew Goiffon to divide 10 acres from a 35 acre parcel. The deed should have the same legal description as indicated in the proof of ownership. All aye. Motion Carried 5.2 Windsor-Gro - Renew of Mobile Home Permit MOTION: McAllister made motion, Vail seconded, to renew the Mobile Home Permit for Windsor-Gro, 17385 Forest Boulevard, under Chapter 40, Article III, Sub- division D, for a period of 90 days. Approval subject to payment of $10.00 fee. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.3 Randall Irving - Renew of Mobile Home Permit MOTION: McAllister made motion, Vail seconded, to renew the Mobile Home Permit for Randall Irving, 12870 Henna Avenue, under Chapter 40, Article III, Sub- division B, for a period of 90 days. All aye. Motion Carried.
