19 March 5, 1984 <br /> Mr. Vail inquired as to when he could start construction in the subdivision. <br /> It was determined that construction could commence after the following con- <br /> ditions are met: 1) sanitary sewer and city water installed, 2) inspected <br /> by the City Enginer, and 3) accepted by the City Engineer. <br /> 6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS & COMMITTEES <br /> 6.1 Ordinance Committee - No discussion <br /> 6.2 Planning Commission <br /> Ken Lorch was present to discuss a cable system for Hugo. There was discussion <br /> as to whether the people residing "in town" wanted the opportunity. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Vail seconded, that the chairman of the Cable <br /> Committee be authorized to send a survey to utility account customers <br /> regarding the installation of cable TV. The clerk's office will pro- <br /> vide clerical and material support, as necessary. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> Starting immediately, the Planning Commission meetings will start at 7:00 PM. <br /> 6.3 Building Inspector <br /> Mr. Crever submitted his monthly report. A temporary Certificate of Occupancy <br /> was issued to Robert Ricci for his apartment complex at 5697 147th Street. <br /> The handicap ramp has not yet been renovated. <br /> 6.4 Fire Chief - No discussion. <br /> 6.5 Clerk - No discussion. <br /> 7.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Peltier seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1984-2, <br /> A RESOLUTION CONCERNING SETTLEMENT OF A DISPUTE BETWEEN NORTHERN <br /> STATES POWER COMPANY AND THE CITY OF HUGO. <br /> All aye. Notion Carried. <br /> 10.0 MISCELLANEOUS <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that minutes be delivered to <br /> members of the Planning Commission and City Council at the next re- <br /> gularly scheduled meeting. <br /> All aye.
