25 April 2, 1984 <br /> 5.5 Todd Osterbauer - Site Plan Approval <br /> Mr. Osterbauer, 14409 Forest Boulevard, would like to remove the existing barn <br /> on his property, and replace with a 720 sq ft garage. <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Todd <br /> Osterbauer, 14409 Forest Boulevard, for the construction of a 24 x 30 <br /> woodframe garage on a new slab. Garage to be of like construction to <br /> the principal building. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.6 Gerald Shull - Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Shull, 15040 Everton Avenue, would like to construct a 25 x 55 steel building <br /> to be used as a tool shed. A SUP is required because with the new building, Mr. <br /> Shull would exceed the 3600 sq ft allowed for accessory storage. <br /> MOTION: Schwab made motion, McAllister seconded, to approve the Special Use <br /> Permit for Gerald Shull, 15040 Everton Avenue, for the construction of <br /> a 25 x 55 steel building to be used as a machine shed. Building to <br /> have the same exterior color as exists on present buildings. <br /> All aye. Notion Carried. <br /> 5.7 Darrell Granger - Site Plan Approval (Variance) <br /> Mr. Granger, co-owner of property located at 5725 148th Street, would like to con- <br /> struct a 20 x 40 addition to his present business. The addition would house <br /> new tools and equipment needed to operate his business. Mr. Granger will also <br /> need a variance to the 40' setback required in the Industrial zone, as the pro- <br /> posed building will be 20' from the right-of-way to the north. The addition <br /> will have the same roof line and color scheme as the existing building. <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the Site Plan and Var- <br /> iance for Darrell Granger, 5725 148th Street, for the construction of <br /> a 20 x 40 addition to the north of his existing autobody business. <br /> The addition will have a 20' setback rather than the required 40' , <br /> and have the same color scheme and roof line as the existing building. <br /> All aye. Notion Carried. <br /> 5.4 Arnold Palme - Rezoning <br /> Mike Geir, representing Mr. & Mrs. Palme, presented the Council with an aerial <br /> view of the 23 acres proposed to be rezoned from AG to RRII. Mr. Palme in- <br /> tends on subdividing all his property into approximately 5 acre lots. No perc <br /> tests have been done on the property at this time. <br /> MOTION: Schwab made motion, Vail seconded, to adopt ORDINANCE 1984-203, AN ORDI- <br /> NANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY <br /> AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. <br /> All aye.
