Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, McAllister seconded, to approve the minutes of the regular <br /> meeting of April 16, 1984, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Atkinson made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the minutes of May 2, 1984, <br /> as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Atkinson seconded, to approve the General Claims for <br /> May 7, 1984 as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Atkinson seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for <br /> May 7, 1984, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 Barry Stack - Land Division <br /> Mr. Stack was present as spokesman for Donald Lucker, fee owner, of the property to <br /> be divided. Mr. Stack stated that the Rice Creek Watershed District will approve <br /> the land development upon receipt of drainage easements and construction of the <br /> drainage ditch. He stated that the equipment is ready to go ahead with the work. <br /> A list of soil tests was submitted to Mr. Kuusisto for his review, as well as the <br /> Building Inspector. The drainage ditch is not designed to carry water, but carry <br /> water to the ponding area on the property. There is no positive outlet provided <br /> for drainage from the property to be divided. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Land Division for <br /> Donald Lucker to divide approximately 80 acres into 8 - 10 acre parcels, <br /> subject to the following conditions being met: <br />
