48 June 4, 1984 <br /> 8.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 8.1 Lake Classification <br /> Matter tabled until the meeting of June 18, 1984. <br /> 9.0 NEW BUSINESS <br /> Let the record show that the city has received a notice of damage from Joe Oman <br /> Tony Vilgos, Hugo Lions Club, was present to discuss the renovation of the park's <br /> tennis courts. Mayor McAllister informed Mr. Vilgos that the city would be in- <br /> terested in participating with the Lions Club for the restoration of the courts. <br /> Schifsky proposed a cost of $12,800 with petromat. The city and Lions club would <br /> share in the cost 50/50. McAllister advised Mr. Vilgos to obtain 3 more bids and <br /> ask what kind of warranty can be obtained if the petromat is installed. <br /> 10.0 MISCELLANEOUS <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1984-6, A RESO- <br /> LUTION ESTABLISHING A JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE CITY'S INSPECTORS (BUILDING, <br /> PLUMBING, AND MECHANICAL) . <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Peltier seconded, to ADOPT ORDINANCE 1984-205, AN ORDI- <br /> NANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 40 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "BUILDINGS AND <br /> CONSTRUCTION" BY INCREASING THE FEE SCHEDULES FOR BUILDING PERMITS AND <br /> PLUMBING PERMITS. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Bruce Bernin was present to discuss the high water problem by Oneka Lake. <br /> inspection property <br /> Mayor McAllister will make an on-site/of the Ken Peltier/regarding dumping of <br /> debris on a neighboring and whether they are using his property for access to their <br /> land. <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to adjourn at 9:45 PM. <br /> All aye.
