100 MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL September 4, 1984 The meeting was called to order by Mayor McAllister at 7:02 PM. PRESENT: Peltier, Atkinson, Schwab, McAllister 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES MOTION: Schwab made notion, Atkinson seconded, to approve the minutes of the Special Meeting of August 15, 1984, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the minutes of the Special Meeting of August 20, 1984, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of August 20, 1984, after the following correction is made: 5.5 - date should be changed from 8/4/84 to 9/4/84 All aye. Motion Carried. 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the General Claims for September 4, 1984, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for September 4, 1984, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES 5.1 Tom Ryyken - Special Use Permit Mr. Ryyken, owner of 40 acres in Section 12, would like to construct 20 x 36 pole building for storage of his recreational equipment only. There would? o house con- on the property. His abstract is in the process of being updated to provide proof of ownership. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Special Use Permit for Thomas Ryyken to construct a 20 x 36 storage building for recreational equipment prior to the principal building, and subject to the following conditions: 1. Mr. Ryyken execute a recordable agreement with the city showing the uses allowed for the building. 2. The SUP shall be non-transferable unless specifically approved the by City Council by the issuance of an Amended Special Use Permit.
