Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the minutes of the Special <br /> Meeting of August 20, 1984, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the minutes of the regular <br /> meeting of August 20, 1984, after the following correction is made: <br /> 5.5 - date should be changed from 8/4/84 to 9/4/84 <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the General Claims for <br /> September 4, 1984, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for <br /> September 4, 1984, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES <br /> 5.1 Tom Ryyken - Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Ryyken, owner of 40 acres in Section 12, would like to construct 20 x 36 pole <br /> building for storage of his recreational equipment only. There would? o house con- <br /> on the property. His abstract is in the process of being updated to provide proof <br /> of ownership. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Special Use Permit <br /> for Thomas Ryyken to construct a 20 x 36 storage building for recreational <br /> equipment prior to the principal building, and subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Mr. Ryyken execute a recordable agreement with the city showing the <br /> uses allowed for the building. <br /> 2. The SUP shall be non-transferable unless specifically approved the by <br /> City Council by the issuance of an Amended Special Use Permit. <br />
