Motion Carried. <br /> 5.5 Bruce Bernin - Discussion on Oneka Lake Water Problems <br /> Concerned residents of the Oneka Lake area were present to further discuss possible <br /> remedies to the water problems. Mayor McAllister assured the people that steps were <br /> being taken, and a report will be made by the City Engineer at the Council meeting <br /> of October 15th on the establishment of a possible release of water through the <br /> Gary Weber property rather than the existing drainage on the Alex Zaluckyj property. <br /> This matter has been placed on the agenda for October 15th at 7:30 PM. <br /> 6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS & COMMITTEES <br /> 6.1 Ordinance Committee - No discussion <br /> 6.2 Planning Commission - No discussion <br /> 6.3 Building Inspector <br /> A copy of the submitted building permit applications was provided by the clerk's office. <br /> MOTION: Atkinson made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City of Hugo invites <br /> specific proposals for an estimated cost to do a footing, rough-in, and <br /> final inspection during working hours. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 6.4 Fire Chief - No discussion <br /> 6.5 Clerk <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City Clerk be authorized <br /> to sign the affidavit as drafted by Charles Johnson, that addresses the <br /> acquisition of right-of-way by Oneka Township, the consolidation of Oneka <br /> Township with the former Village of Hugo, and the improvement and mainte- <br /> nance of Janero Avenue at public expense. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the 31.65 acre lot created <br /> (File No. 1984-51) be stamped for approval after the following language <br /> is added to the deed: This lot has not met the requirements for a standard <br /> on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> All aye.
