125 <br /> November 5, 1984 <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City Clerk write a certified <br /> letter to the executive director of the MPCA informing him that the City <br /> of Hugo respectfully requests that they do not intervene in the White Bear <br /> Rod and Gun Club matter unless specifically requested to do so by—the <br /> City of Hugo, in writing. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MO'T'ION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that all department heads be <br /> notified that they are to have a signed requisition, by the Mayor or acting <br /> Mayor, prior to expending any money over $5.00, until further notice. <br /> This notification does not apply to the purchase of gas and/or oil for the <br /> Fire Department. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> Joe Card, neighbor to the north of William Pavek on Sunset Lake, was present to <br /> complain about the addition being constructed to the front (lakeside) of Pavek's <br /> house. Ton Crever stated that Mr. Pavek is constructing according to the permit <br /> issued to him, and within the realm of his site plan. Mayor McAllister stated that <br /> he will try to make an inspection of the situation as well as the filling of a <br /> drainage ditch by Lloyd Sathre at the end of Ingersoll Avenue. <br /> The city will be meeting with Metro Council at the office of Howard Kuusisto on <br /> December 3, 9:00 AM. for further discussion of the city's comprehensive plan. <br /> Howard Kuusisto recommended that the city amend the development with Richard Granger, <br /> Lake Air Estates, prohibiting the construction of any house with a full basement. <br /> MOTION: Peltier made nation, Hauer seconded, to adjourn at 9:35 PM. <br /> All aye.
