Motion Carried. , <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the General Claims for March 7, <br /> 1983, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COM'1UNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 Gene Schulz - Discussion on Temporary Mobile Home Permit <br /> Mrs. Schultz, owner of property on 8A and Irish Avenue, would like to reside in a <br /> mobile home, prior to, and during, the construction on his main residence. He plans <br /> on taking occupancy of the home sometime this summer, and won't start construction <br /> until 1984. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Vail seconded, to grant a temporary Mobile Home <br /> Permit to Gene Schulz, subject to the following: <br /> 1 . Completion of an application for a temporary Mobile Home Permit and pay- <br /> meatof the fee. <br /> 2. Mr. Schulz submit a satisfactory Letter of Credit, in the amount of $500.00, <br /> stating that the temporary mobile home will be removed from the property <br /> no later than July 1, 1985. The Letter of Credit will also guarantee <br /> that Mr. Schulz obtain a valid Building Permit for the construction <br /> of his residence prior to that date. <br /> 3. The temporary Mobile Home Permit initially will be issued no earlier <br /> than July 1, 1983. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.2 Mrs. Guion - Discussion of Shoquist Land Division <br /> Mrs. Guion, resident of May Township, was present to state the concerns of her and <br /> her neighbors that the Shoquist property will be filled and drain onto their property. <br /> Mr. Shoquist was present and stated that the two building sites are on high ground, <br /> and the proposed'extension of 169th Street would have to have a culvert for drainage. <br />
