Motion Carried. <br /> 8.1 Resignations from Planning Commission <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to accept the resignation <br /> of Glen Reimer. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to accept the <br /> resignation of George Knuteson and a letter of appreciation <br /> be sent to him. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> NOTION: McAllister made motion, Schwab seconded, that the Clerk ad- <br /> vertise in the White Bear Press and the Forest Lake Times, <br /> block letters, for volunteer candidates for the Planning <br /> 'ommission seats, and establish appointment times when they <br /> can meet with the City Council. <br /> VOTING FOR: McAllister, Atkinson, Schwab, Vail <br /> VOTING AGAINST: Peltier <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 9.0 ATTORNEY AND ENGINEER <br /> Mr. Johnson and Mr. Kuusisto submitted their monthly reports. Mr. Vail <br /> had been present at a previous meeting regarding the financial guaran- <br /> tees for his subdivision. It was determined that Mr. Vail would be <br /> required to submit a road bond in the amount of $25,000, and letter of <br /> credit in the amount of $112,500, and a performance bond in the amount <br /> of $90,000. All three are to be submitted at the same time, and meet <br /> with the approval of the city attorney. The previously recorded agree- <br /> ment remains the same. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the NSP and <br /> Armon bond matters be tabled until 4/18/83. <br /> All aye.
