24 March 21 , 1983 classification again reduced. MOTION: Vail made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City of Hugo not put on a demonstration for the Insurance Service Office at this time. VOTING FOR: Peltier, Atkinson, Schwab, Vail VOTING AGAINST: McAllister Motion Carried. MOTION: Vail made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City of Hugo enter into the Reciprocal Fire Service Agreement with New Scandia Township, and the Mayor, Clerk, and Fire Chief be authorized td sign the agreement. All aye. Motion Carried. 8.1 Resignations from Planning Commission MOTION: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to accept the resignation of Glen Reimer. All aye. Motion Carried. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to accept the resignation of George Knuteson and a letter of appreciation be sent to him. All aye. Motion Carried. NOTION: McAllister made motion, Schwab seconded, that the Clerk ad- vertise in the White Bear Press and the Forest Lake Times, block letters, for volunteer candidates for the Planning 'ommission seats, and establish appointment times when they can meet with the City Council. VOTING FOR: McAllister, Atkinson, Schwab, Vail VOTING AGAINST: Peltier Motion Carried. 9.0 ATTORNEY AND ENGINEER Mr. Johnson and Mr. Kuusisto submitted their monthly reports. Mr. Vail had been present at a previous meeting regarding the financial guaran- tees for his subdivision. It was determined that Mr. Vail would be required to submit a road bond in the amount of $25,000, and letter of credit in the amount of $112,500, and a performance bond in the amount of $90,000. All three are to be submitted at the same time, and meet with the approval of the city attorney. The previously recorded agree- ment remains the same. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the NSP and Armon bond matters be tabled until 4/18/83. All aye. Motion Carried.
