The building, as proposed, would be constructed closer to the road <br /> than the principal building. An existing driveway would be used for the barn. <br /> MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Michael <br /> Wick to construct a 30 x 48 pole barn for his personal use. The south side <br /> berm is to remain unchanged and the building is to be set a minimum of 75' <br /> from the center of the road. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.7 Ronald Cressman - Disc on access to property <br /> Mr. Cressman, 6085 165th Street, needs proof that he has access to his property from <br /> a public roadway inorder to obtain the $1,000 that is being held in escrow. McAllister <br /> suggested that Mr. Cressman's attorney, Mr. Mikeworth, contact the city attorney to <br /> try and resolve his problem. <br /> 5.8 Darrell Tavernier - Licenses for Boat Rental Business <br /> Mr. Tavernier has made application for an off-sale nonintoxicating, on-sale nonintoxi- <br /> cating liquor licenses and a cigarette license. Because of the new state statute <br /> regarding dram shop insurance, it was decided to table the request. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to table the applications of Darrell <br /> Tavernier until the meeting of April 18, and the attorney to submit a report <br /> after review of the statute. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.9 Safeway House Movers - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> Because of chanes in the original plans for the mobile honc ossi_b1e changes in <br /> the original SUP, no action will be taken on the renewal. <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Peltier seconded, to send a letter to Donald <br /> Sempel and request his presence at the meeting of April 4 to <br /> review his Special Use Permit. <br /> All Aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 8.0 NEW BUSINESS <br /> The Fire Department held a drill on March 14th to determine if they could <br /> pump 250 gallons of water per minute. It could be done only with mutual <br /> aid. The rural area fire insurance classification has been increased <br /> from an 8 to 9. The "250 gallons" was the magic number to have the <br />
