All fire fighters will be paid $3.30/hour until they have 12 full months <br /> of service on the Fire Department. <br /> 2. After 12 full months of service with the Fire Department, fire fighters <br /> will be paid at the rate of $5.00/hour. <br /> 3. The officers appointed by the Hugo City Council, Fire Chief, and 1st and <br /> 2nd Assistant Chiefs, will be paid at a rate of $6.00/hour. <br /> 4. All fire fighters who complete five (5) years of service during any one <br /> calendar year shall be paid a $50.00 annual stipend that year and four (4) <br /> years thereafter, provided the Fire Chief certifies, in writing, to the <br /> clerk's office that the fireman has completed 75% of the drills and <br /> meetings required by the Hugo Fire Department. <br /> 5. All fire fighters who complete 10 years of service during any one calendar <br /> year shall be paid $100.00 annual stipend and each year thereafter until <br /> retirement, provided the Fire Chief certifies, in writing, to the clerk's <br /> office that the fireman has completed 75% of drills and meetings re- <br /> quired by the Hugo Fire Department. <br /> 6. Failure of the Fire Chief to certify completion of 75% of drills and <br /> meetings as required by the Hugo Fire Department, for any member that year, <br /> shall result in forfeiture of the stipend for that year. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 8.2 Northwestern Bell Job Order <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve Job Order J-31065 for <br /> Northwestern Bell. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City Attorney be notified <br /> to write a letter to Richard Vail and explain to him, in writing, of the <br /> deficiency we feel exists at this time in the Development Agreement and no <br /> further action will be taken by the City Council or permits issued until <br /> these matters are cleared up to the satisfaction of the City. <br /> All aye.
