All aye. Motion Carried. 6.3 Water Department Sometime in the future, a special meeting will be held to discuss a loop enclosure and consider pulling the pump on the well. Councilman Schwab is to work with Kuusisto to explore the possibility of 24 hour emergency service (utilities) with the City of White Bear. 6.4 Building Inspector Mr. Crever submitted his monthly report. 6.5 Fire Chief NOTION: Vail made motion, Peltier seconded, authorizing the Fire Chief to dispose of the old oil burning furnace in the fire hall. All aye. Motion Carried. 6.6 Clerk - No discussion 9.0 NEW BUSINESS MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the city remove the NO PARKING SIGNS on the east side of Ethan Avnue from a point north of George Jungblut's residence. All aye. Motion Carried. MOTION: Vail made motion, Peltier seconded, that the city post NO PARKING SIGNS on the south side of 147th Street from the beginning of the Ricci property to Foxhill Avenue North. All aye. Motion Carried. 10.0 MISCELLANEOUS Councilman Schwab will answer a fence complaint as given by Grover Storm. Councilman Vail will contact the owner of the property located at the corner of Everton and 122nd regarding the removal of brush which is creating a visual problem. RICHARD VAIL - Financial Guarantees Mr. Vail was present to discuss the financial guarantees required according to the Development Agreement signed 10/18/82. He stated that he will again contact Mr. Ron Bowman to try and obtain a $90,000 bond between Mr. Bowman and the City of Hugo.
