54 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL June 20, 1983 The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM. PRESENT: McAllister, Peltier, Atkinson, Schwab, Vail Also, Attorney Johnson and Engineer Kuusisto 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES MCTI0N: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the minutes of June 6, 1983, after the following correction has been made: Page 50 - Ken and Leroy Peltier were present at the meeting.. .. All aye. Motion Carried. 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS MOTION: Vail made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the General Claims for June 20, 1983, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. MOTION: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for June 20, 1983, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES 5.1 Mark Wooding - Land Division Mr. Wooding, who recently obtained rezoning from Industrial to Conservancy, would now like to divide the 20 acres from the 40 acres. A Certificate of Survey was submitted, and proof of ownership was provided at the time of the rezoning. MOTION: Peltier made motion, Atkinson seconded, to approve the Land Division for Mark Wooding, to divide 20 acres from a 40 acre parcel according to the submitted Certificate of Survey. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.3 Clarence Sinn - Land Division Mr. Sinn, 7925 180th Street North, would like to divide 20 acres into two 10 acre parcels. Mr. Sinn would like approval now, prior to submission of a Certificate of Survey, in the event the interest rate might increase. MOTION: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the Land Division for Clarence Sinn, to divide 20 acres into two 10 acre parcels subject to submission of a Certificate of Survey and the abstract company signing the abstract declaration. All aye. Motion Carried.
