65 <br /> July 18, 1983 <br /> Barry Stack - cont. <br /> No action could be taken on the rezoning of the Joseph Hopkins property (10 acres) <br /> because of the lack of proof of ownership. This matter to be placed on the agenda <br /> for the meeting of 8/1/83. <br /> WINDSOR-GRU <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to renew the Mobile Home Permit for <br /> Windsor-Gro, 17385 Forest Boulevard, under Chapter 40, Article III, Sub- <br /> division D, for 90 days. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.7 Hubbard Broadcasting - Amended Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. George Merrill, engineer for KSTP, was present and stated they would like to <br /> construct a new pad and 2 more antennas on their property in the Peloquin Industrial <br /> Park. The Rice Creek Watershed has given approval to the project. Engineer Kuusisto <br /> requested an as built of the existing units, fence lines, and the drainage easement. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Atkinson seconded, to approve the Amended Special <br /> Use Permit for Hubbard Broadcasting, subject to receipt by the City Engi- <br /> neer of an as built showing the present facility and drainage easements. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS - No discussion. <br /> 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Councilman Atkinson reported that it would cost $135.00 to purchase and install water <br /> meters on wells to determine the amount of water entering the sewer system. <br /> WATER BILLING <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, that the city change its policy so that <br /> all utility payments postmarked the 10th of the month after issuance of the <br /> bills be considered not late. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 1983 SHERIFF CONTRACT <br /> The new Council was issued copies of the new contract for their review. This matter <br /> will be addressed at the meeting of 8/1/83. <br /> 9.0 ATTORNEY AND ENGINEER <br /> Attorney Johnson submitted his monthly report. Mrs. Peltier inquired as to the status <br /> of the drainage easements for Goodview Avenue. She stated that the Fashingbauer's <br /> were willing to sign an agreement at this time. Attorney Johnson will draft another <br /> agreement for submission to the Fashingbauer's. <br />
