The letter of credit guarant ed black- <br /> topping and the construction of a barricade along Highway 61 . Mrs. Weigel stated <br /> that she had talked to DOT, and they stated that this would be there responsibility. <br /> MOTION: Peltier made nation, Schwab seconded, to reduce the letter of credit <br /> to $5,000 and to remain in effect until the Certificate of Occupancy <br /> is issued and city engineer certifies the barrier along Highway 61 . <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.1 Robert Anderson - Disc on Blacktopping Homestead Drive <br /> Mr. Kuusisto stated that the improvement would cost somewhere between $15 - $20/foot. <br /> He suggested that the city hold an informal meeting with the property owners to <br /> discuss the possibility of going through with the improvement. <br /> 5.4 Randall Irving - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Vail made nation, Peltier seconded, to renew the Mobile Home Permit for <br /> Randall Irving, 12870 Henna Avenue, under Chapter 40, Article III, Sub- <br /> division B, for 90 days. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.5 Windsor-Gro - Renew of Mobile Hone Permit <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to table until the next meeting. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.6 Barry Stack - Rezoning <br /> Mr. Stack, surveyor and representing Richard Hollihan and Joseph Hopkins. was pre- <br /> sent to the discuss the proposed rezoning of 110 acres from Conservancy to Agricul- <br /> ture. A preliminary plan of how the land would be divided was presented. Mr. <br /> Stack stated that there would be a stormwater management plan for the property <br /> and the necessary drainage easements. There would also be a complete set of <br /> borings and perc tests for each site. Mr. Kuusisto has no objection, but stated <br /> his main concern was the drainage plan. <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Schwab seconed, to adopt ORDINANCE 193, AN ORDINANCE <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING <br /> THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. <br /> VOTING FOR: McAllister, Atkinson, Schwab, Vail <br /> VOTING AGAINST: Peltier <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mayor McAllister informed Mr. Stack that at the time of the Land Division he will <br /> have to appear before the Planning Commission. <br />
