Motion Carried. <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the General Claims for August 1 , <br /> 1983, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for August 1 , <br /> 1983, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 Barry Stack - Rezoning <br /> Rescheduled for meeting of August 15th. <br /> 5.2 Fred Macalus - Land Division <br /> Mr. Macalus, 5696 170th Street, owner of 103 acres in the AG zone, would like to divide <br /> 2-10 acre parcels along 180th Street. The field work on the parcels has been completed, <br /> but no Certificate of Survey was submitted. (PELTIER ARRIVED AT 7:09 PM) Mr. Macalus <br /> submitted his abstract as proof of ownership, the last entry being the purchase of the <br /> property by Mr. Macalus. <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the Land Division for Fred Macalus <br /> to divide 2 - 10 acre parcels from a 103 tract. Division approval subject <br /> to submission of an additional $25.00 for the additional parcel to be created <br /> and a Certificate of Survey. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.4 Jeff Barbour - Rezoning <br /> Mr. Barbour would like to rezone a 3.26 acre parcel lying east of County Road 8A from <br /> AG to RRI for the purpose of a building site. The Planning Commission recommended <br /> approval because the property is divided from the large parcel by 8A and the hamesites <br /> to the north all have equivalent lot sizes. A letter was received from Mr. William <br />
