All aye. Motion Carried. 5.3 Donald Opse - Site Plan Approval Mr. Opse, 8295 122nd Street North, would like to construct a 26 x 40 pole building for his personal use. MOTION: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Donald Opse, 8295 122nd Street, for the construction of a 26 x 40 pole building for his personal use, and according to submitted site plan. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.4 Robert Kostelecky - Site Plan Approval Mr. Kostelecky, 10150 Kerry Court, would like to construct a 26 x 40 pole building for his personal use. MOTION: Vail made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Robert Kostelecky, 10150 Kerry Court, for the construction of a 26 x 40 pole building for his personal use, and according to submitted site plan. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.5 Dennis Strohkirch - Site Plan Approval Mr. Strohkirch, representing Plastics, Inc. , submitted a site plan for the construction of a 40 x 80 cold storage building. Their application will be considered by Rice Creek at their meeting of 9/28, and anticipate their approval that night. MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the site Plan for Terry Wagener, Plastics, Inc. , for the construction of x 40 x 80 cold storage building on Lot 4, Block 1, Husnik Industrial Park. All aye. Motion Carried. Let the record show that applicant will need a permit from the RCWD. 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS 6.1 Ordinance 195 (Hopkins Rezoning) MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to adopt ORDINANCE 195, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICAITON OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. VOTING FOR: Peltier, Atkinson, Schwab, Vail, McAllister Motion Carried.
