100 <br /> MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br /> November 21 , 1983 <br /> The Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor McAllister at 6:10 PM. <br /> PRESENT: Peltier, Atkinson, Schwab, Vail, McAllister <br /> The special meeting was called to hear the presentation of Herb Reissner, EL Marketing, <br /> regarding the punchcard voting system. Mr. Reissner is to submit to the city a <br /> cost estimate to implement the new system in Hugo. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Vail seconded, to adjourn the special meeting at <br /> 7:10 PM. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> The regualr meeting of the City Council was called to order at 7:22 PM. <br /> PRESENT: Peltier, Atkinson, Schwab, Vail, McAllister <br /> Attorney Johnson and Engineer Kuusisto <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the minutes of November 7, <br /> 1983, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the General Claims for <br /> November 21 , 1983, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Schwab made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for <br /> November 21 , 1983, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> • <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the following claim be added <br /> to the Utility Claims (Water Dept) : <br /> TWIN CITY TUNNELING - $27,839.54 (Project 8311) <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> Let the record that the money will be paid from the water revenue fund. <br /> A Change Order will be issued by the engineer relative to the city being responsible <br /> for the restoration of the street and sod rather than Twin City Tunneling. <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, CONMKUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 Wilbur Harris - Amended Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Harris was present and stated that he would like to apply for a Building Permit <br /> for the restoration of the building previously known as Schmidty's.
