Motion Carried. <br /> 5.2 Peter Schuna - Variance <br /> Mr. Schuna, 9825 122nd Street, would like to construct an accessory building <br /> closer to the front lotline than the principal building. The ordinance allows <br /> for a 40' setback requirement and the garage will be constructed so that it <br /> meets that requirement. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the variance <br /> for Peter Schuna to construct an accessory building closer to the front <br /> lotline than the principal building. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.3 Charles Shubat - Special Use Permit <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the Special Use Permit <br /> for Charles Shubat, to sell Christmas trees on land located at 14530 <br /> Homestead Avenue until December 31 , 1983. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.4 Flay Avenue Street Light <br /> Residents from Flay Avenue were present to discuss the installatimi of a street <br /> light and a plan as presented by NSP. All residents present, with the exception <br /> of one, were in favor of the plan. <br /> MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to install a street light on <br /> Flay Avenue, north of 147th Street, with underground wiring. The res- <br /> ponsibility for restoration of the yards will be the city's. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.5 Don Mosher - Representative from Senator Boschwitz's Office <br /> Mr. Mosher was present to listen to the concerns of the City of Hugo to relay to <br /> Senator Boschwitz. <br /> 5.6 American Legion - Review of SUP <br /> Mayor McAllister reviewed the water bills for the American Legion and it was <br /> determined that an additional RBC charge would not be required at this time. <br /> A letter to that effect shall be sent to the Legion. <br />
