FEBRUARY 209 1973 <br /> F+ <br /> Motion made by LaValle, seconded by Lease to accept petitions of Starmold and <br /> Grace Development and have Village Engineer and Attorney do a feesibility study <br /> for sewer and road improvement with both parties involved sending letters of <br /> authorization to the Village and Attorney. Motion carried. <br /> Marvin LaValle brought up the point of parks as discussed at the last Comprehensive <br /> Planning Meeting. LaValle asked Tschida if there was any park land for public use <br /> in the Oak Shore Park area and Tschida said park land there is for the residents <br /> use only. <br /> Motion made by Leroux, seconded by LaValle to purchase $500.00 Bond for Building <br /> Inspector Tom. Crever. Motion carried. <br /> Howard Kuusisto then reported on a survey he had made of Everton Avenue North <br /> of Frenchmen Road, and he suggested acquiring the necessary property for the Village <br /> to widen the road. This survey came about because of a petition given to the Council <br /> in August of 1972 by eight property owners on Everton Ave. No. who were in favor <br /> of up grading the road. In their petition they agreed to donate to the Village the <br /> needed right of way. <br /> LaValle moved and Lease seconded the motion that the Village buy a Road Book prepared <br /> by Graham Anderson at a cost of $189.00. Motion carried. <br /> Regarding the Village Sewer Application to HUD# Mayor Carlson said it had made the <br /> January 5th deadline. <br /> Charles Johnson then reported on his work on the LaMotte Mobile Home Permit. The <br /> question arose as to whether a State Recreational License would supercede the Village <br /> Ordinance. Motion made by Lease, seconded by LaValle to have Mr. Johnson send letter <br /> to LaMotte's lawyer regarding his requirement for a mobile home permit. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by LaValle, seconded by Leroux, to renew Temporary Mobile Home Permit <br /> for Gordon Russett for 90 days. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made and seconded to schedule Public Hearing for Hardship Case Trailer <br /> Permit for Lyle Lehner on March 199 at 8:00 PM. Motion carried. Clerks office to <br /> notify Lehner he whould provide them with a list of abutting property owners names. <br /> Motion made by LaValle, seconded by Leroux to approve Job Order # 3828 for North— <br /> western Bell Telephone Co. Motion carried. <br /> Regarding the Village Code Chapter Titles, Attorney Johnson made a few changes, <br /> and Deputy Clerk to return same to Pam Bjoram. <br /> Motion made by Wallet seconded by Leroux to post Village Financial Statement in <br /> three prominent places in the Village of Hugo. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made and seconded to post Previous Actual Cost Sheet with the Financial <br /> Statement. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Leroux, seconded by Lease to adjetdm the meeting at 12:15 AM. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Bober-tet'E Burkard, Clerk <br />
