MARCH 59 1973 <br /> It was reported that the village HUD application is in the office of Budget and <br /> Management in Washington D.C. <br /> Clerk Burkard reported that his office had received a $32.00 check from Norm Horton <br /> for a junk yard license. Mr. Bill Schwab had requested some further information <br /> from Mr. Horton, though, before a license could be issued. <br /> It was stated that Wilbert Schuman's junk yard license would be coming up for renewal <br /> shortly, and he still doesn't have a fence up across his yard extended 100 feet as <br /> required by a Special Use Permit issued May 15, 1972. <br /> Irene Leroux reported that the Washington County Commissioners will agree with what <br /> the Village wants to do with George King's house. <br /> Motion made by LaValle, seconded by Leroux that Village Attorney review legal <br /> aspects of George Youngblut property developed by Grace Development Co. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> The question of a resolution for Hyman Freightways is to be tabled for the time being. <br /> Regarding the land dispute between John Elli and Irene Leroux, Attorney Johnson will <br /> send a memo to Jim Tschida with carbon copies to John Elli and Leroux's lawyer <br /> regarding his work on the matter. <br /> Motion made by LaValle, seconded by Leroux to have Clerk purchase a desk for the <br /> Deputy Clerk at a cost of not more than $100.00. Motion carried. Motion made by LaValle, <br /> seconded by Lease to have Clerk purchase a chair for the Deputy Clerk at a cost of <br /> not more than $50.00.
