NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1973-1 <br /> VILLAGE OF HUGO, MINNESOTA <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Village Council of the Village of Hugo, <br /> Minnesota, will meet at the Hugo Elem.School in said Village on Tuesday_, <br /> May 8 1973, at :2:30 o'clock P.M. , to conduct a pre- <br /> liminary hearing on the proposed construction of aanitary sewers and appurtenances <br /> t: thereto in the streets, alleys, easements, and other locations proposed to be <br /> required, in an area within the south 1/2 of Section 17, all of Section 20, the <br /> north 1/2 of Section 29 and the east 1/2 of the east 1/2 of Section 19, Township <br /> 31N, Range 21W (substantially the old Village of Hugo), at an estimated cost of <br /> ti $556,000 (after deducting a federal grant estimated at $#34;000j. <br /> 3s7, �°� • <br /> The area proposed to be specially assessed for special benefit from said <br /> improvement is each lot, piece and parcel of property abutting the streets, alleys <br /> and other locations in which sewer mains are proposed to be constructed, all as <br /> more fully described on a map on file in the Village offices. <br /> The Council will consider all oral or written objections to said improve- <br /> ment presented at the above stated time and place. <br /> i <br /> BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> (SEAL) Rober Bur;�rdllage Clea <br /> (4) The Clerk is further directed to cause notice to be mailed to all <br /> owners of property affected at least ten (10) days prior to the <br /> date of said hearing. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> by member Pam B:iorum and upon a vote being taken, the following members <br /> voted in favor thereof:Carlson. LaValle, Leroux, BJorum, & Lease <br /> and the following members voted against the same: None <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
