EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILI.AGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HUGO, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Hugo, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on ITax►da.,r A.oril 1.6 19 73 , at 7 o'clock "' .M. , with the following members present: Carl s or., LaVall e, Lerolax, B jorum, & Lease and the following members absent: '.None The Council considered the preliminary report of Howard A. Kuusisto of St. Paul , Minnesota, advising as to the feasibility and estimated cost of constructing Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1973-1 for the Village. After t consideration of said report, member Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE- MENT NO. 1973-1. BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Hugo, Minnesota, as follows: (1) The preliminary engineering report heretofore submitted by Howard A. Kuusisto advising this Council as to the feasibility and estimated cost of constructing Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1973-1 for the Village is hereby approved and ordered filed. (2) Said improvement shall be hereafter designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1973-1. (3) This Council shall meet at the time and place specified in the form of notice hereinafter contained for the purpose of conducting a pub- lic hearing on said improvement; and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be given by publishing notice of the same in the official newspaper of the Village at least twice, which publications shall be one week apart with the last publication not later than three days prior to said hearing.
