October 1, 1973 Jr 3 <br /> Motion made by Bjorum, seconded by Leroux to approve NSP application for cable #76-5684- <br /> Motion carried. Motion made by Leroux, seconded by Bjorum to approve Northwestern Bell Job <br /> Order 31492. Motion carried. Motion made by Carlson, seconded by LaValle to approve North— <br /> western Bell Job Orders 31342 and 31328. Motion carried. <br /> Police Chief Dick Gunderson then appeared and gave his written report to the council for <br /> their review. <br /> Dave Lindahl appeared regarding his renewing a building permit and also his mobile home <br /> permit. Motion made and seconded to grant Dave Lindahl a temporary mobile home permit <br /> renewal for a three month period starting August 20, 1973 and also a three month period <br /> starting November 20, 1973, subject to his having a valid building permit during this <br /> period. Motion oarried. <br /> Mayor Carlson stated he had received a letter from Joseph Stanek regarding having the village <br /> put in a road to his 100 land looloed acres. This is the same request brought in by Mr. Tom <br /> Pogreba in Mr. Stanek's behalf in the spring. At that time the council denied the request. <br /> The deputy clerk was advised to notify Mr. Stanek of this action. <br /> Regarding Clyde Rehbein's obtaining a special use permit, Attorney Johnson said Rehbein <br /> should be informed he should apply for one. The deputy clerk is to notify Mr. Rehbein he <br /> should appy at the clerk's office for a permit, and perhaps be on the planning oovaission <br /> agenda October 9th. <br /> Motion made by Carlson, seconded by Leroux to adopt Resolution # 27, a resolution governing <br /> hours for village elections. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Carlson, seconded by LaValle to adopt Resolution # 28, a resolution appointing <br /> election judges for the annual village election.
