<br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Carlson at 7:07 PM. Roll was called: Carlson,
<br /> LaValle, Leroux, Lease, Bjorum present.
<br /> Minutes of the meeting of November 19th were approved as presented. Minutes of the meeting
<br /> of November 27th were corrected to read "Motion made and seconded that village authorize
<br /> attorney Johnson to pay a fixed sum of $100.00 construction inconvenience fee to each owner
<br /> of property upon which a sewer easement or easements is acquired. Motion carried." Minutes
<br /> then approved after correction.
<br /> Village olaims for payment were then reviewed and it was noted that the treasurer, George
<br /> Bernier, put his claim in for $600.00 and it was to be added to the claims. Don Lease
<br /> questioned how mazy gasoline accounts were used by the police department. He stated he would
<br /> like a limit on the number of stations used. General Claims were approved after addition of
<br /> the treasurers claim. Water department claims were approved as presented.
<br /> A discussion ensued on the White Bear Rod and Gun Club application for a special use permit,
<br /> Mayor Carlson said the burden of proof lies on the gun club to prove why their clubhouse
<br /> would not adversely affect the area. Mrs. Reynold Arcand questioned whether rifle shooting
<br /> would be allowed. Answer-no rifles. This subject is to be brought before the planning
<br /> commission again at a future date.
<br /> All village license renewals were then taken up.
<br /> Motion made by Lease, seconded by Leroux to approve for American Legion Post # 620 a Club
<br /> On Sale Intoxicating Liquor License, Cigarette License, and Soft Drink License for a total
<br /> of $117.00. Motion carried.
<br /> Motion made by Carlson, seconded by Bjorum to approve for Swan Anderson, of Carpenterls, an
<br /> Off Sale Non Intoxicating Liquor License, On Sale In-toxicating Liquor License, On Sale
<br /> Sunday Liquor License, Cigarette License, Soft Drink License, and Game of Skill License for
<br /> a total of $1752.00. Motion carried.
<br /> Motion made by Carlson, seconded by LaValle to approve for Robert Ricci, an Off Sale Non
<br /> Intoxicating Liquor License, On Sale Intoxicating Liquor License, On Sale Sunday License,
<br /> Cigarette License, Soft Drink License, Game of Skill License, and Dance License for a total
<br /> of $1784.00. Motion carried.
<br /> Motion made by Bjorum, seconded by Lease to approve for Irene Traeger, an On Sale Intoxicating
<br /> Liquor License, On Sale Sunday License, Cigarette License, Soft Drink License, and Dance
<br /> License for a total of $1729.00. Motion carried.

<br /> Liquor, Inc. an Off Sale Non Intoxicating Liquor Licause, On Sale Intoxicating Liquor

<br /> License, and Dance License for a total of $1774.00. Motion carried.
