JANUARY 7, 1974 <br /> Next item on the agenda was the Horton Special Use Permit. LaValle, Lease, <br /> Crever, and Spitzer had made an inspection of the Horton property on Jan- <br /> uary 5th, and not much had been done. Tonight it was learned everything <br /> is completed. Mrs. Horton stated a caterpillar from the city was brought <br /> up and completed the fire lanes. Dan Spitzer mentioned that Article #2 <br /> of the special use permit had not as yet been complied with. (Fence should <br /> be extended) . There is to be another inspection of the property by some <br /> council members. <br /> A mining permit renewal for Bur-Lar was discussed. Kuusisto suggests an <br /> inspection be made of the site prior to issuance of a renewal permit. He <br /> and Charles Johnson both feel the need for Bur-Lar to renew permit in order <br /> to remove stockpile of gravel. <br /> Motion made by LaValle and seconded to send letter to Bur-Lar requesting <br /> them to make application to have their mining permit renewed, and they <br /> must have permit to .rcnove stockpile. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Leroux, seconded by LaValle to renew temporary mobile home <br /> permit for Lyle Lehner for 90 days. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Leroux, seconded by LaValle to renew temporary mobile home <br /> permit for Joe Zaspel for 90 days. Motion carried. <br /> Sewer easement agreements and deeds signed by property owmers were brought <br /> in by attorney Johnson. He stated payment should be made within thirty <br /> days after they are signed. The village gets one copy of the agreement <br /> and the owner the other copy. Motion carried. <br /> Pioneer Club licenses were brought up again. Attorney Johnson said some <br /> licenses are transferable a:nd some are not. He and the council thought <br /> all checks should be deposited in the bank as soon as possible. It was <br /> noted that the Pioneer Club incorporation papers ha.d not yet been filed, <br /> and the off sale inventory had not been given to the village clerk as <br /> asked for. Don Lease thought Perzichille should be given all licenses he <br /> applied for.To be continued. <br />
