It was noted that Jerry Perron <br /> was unable to come in himself. Arr. Gannon left two copies of the plans <br /> with the City Cleric for the Council's review. <br /> The Fischer Tiining Permit Renewal was discussed next, even though Mr. <br /> Fischer had not arrived as yet. Howard stated T.:tr. Fischer had complied <br /> with what Howard asked of him, and every thing was in order. <br /> Lotion made by LaValle, seconded by Leroux to grant a Renewal Iiining <br /> Permit to Fischer Construction of Rosemount and that the permit inspection <br /> fee be :?0650.00, the Letter of Credit for :1;3000.00 be extended imediately <br /> to cover the time of the permit, and the Performance Bond stay at �2�25000.00. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Grundhofter and 1-TcCullough Special Use Permit was the next item on <br /> the agenda. They appeared with a site plan which they explained to the <br /> council. Attorney Johnson also explained certian things to the council, <br /> as he was at the planning meeting when they recommended gra. �.�;-;:--the permit. <br /> A fever of the conditions set by the Planning Commission .sere changed by the <br /> council and "•'ayor Lease felt parking facilities should be provided. <br /> I7-otion made by Lease, seconded by LaValle that a Special Use Permit for <br /> T''cCullough and Sons be approved ,with the following eleven conditions: <br /> 1 . Building to be set back a minirl,.,-m of 80 feet from the Highway 61 <br /> right of way. <br /> 2. Shall be occupied by no more than 10 people. <br /> 3. Shall be dedicated for the purpose of contacting and masonry con— <br /> tracting. :1xterior storage of heavy machinery and building equip..ient <br /> will be expressly prohibited. <br /> 4. Said building shall. be a cement and brick construction in accordance <br /> to the Plan A submitted by the applicant. <br /> 5. Building shall be constructed to face northerly and shall access <br /> Highway 61 by mea-1s of a private cxri.mac. :. T in accordance with Site <br /> Plan B submitted by the applicant. <br /> 6. Special Use Permit shall be contigent upon the applicant obtaining <br /> access to Highway 61 . <br /> 7. The owner or applicant will supply at minimum a septic system to <br /> consist of a 1 ,000 gallon septic tank and three lines 75 feet each <br /> for drainfield. <br /> 8. Applicant shall furnish proof of ownership to City Council prior <br /> -to issuance. <br />
