JULY 1 , 1974 J 7 <br /> 5. The contractor shall provide a :;;,40,000.00 bond and a 'A0,000.00 <br /> irrevocable letter of credit for the maintenance and or reconstruction <br /> of the haul_ roads. <br /> 6. Recommendations of the 7:1ashington County Engineer, dated May 30, 1974 <br /> and those of the City of Hugo Engineer, dated June 11 , 1974 shall be <br /> made a part of this permit. <br /> 7. Inspection to insure compliance with this permit will be done by the <br /> City of Hugo Engineer. He may request the assistance of the 4ashinb <br /> ton County Engineer in providing such inspection. This permit shall <br /> expire on September 30, 1975 . <br /> 8. Any violations of the terms or conditions of this permit shall be <br /> grounds for immediate termination in accordance with the City Ordinance. <br /> 9. Any additional limitations or specifications for the haul routes which <br /> shall be deemed necessary for health and safety reasons by the City <br /> :,ngineer and City Attorney. <br /> 10. The hours of mining operations at the Gregoire and Riopel operations <br /> shall be extended to 5:00 AE to 11 :00 P:`. <br /> T"otion rade by Lease, seconded by Smith to grant a Mining Perrait to Marvin <br /> Rehbein Contracting Company for mining on the Durraine property subject <br /> to the following sixteen conditions : <br /> 1 . All applicable provisions of the City of Hugo ordinances governing <br /> :pining shall be complied with. <br /> 2. This pernit is issued for the purpose of removing borrow riaterial <br /> or gravel for use on the job under cont-ract with �lashington County <br /> for work on County Road 4 and County 'load 56. <br /> 3. I?o top soil or overburden shall be removed from the site. <br /> 4. Haul roads shall be those designated in the application which have <br /> been approved by the City Engineer and the Iashington County Engineer. <br /> 5. Dust control on all city streets shall be by -the use of oil, (crankcase <br /> oil) as directed by the City Engineer. Dust control on all roads under <br /> the jurisdiction of Washington County shall be by calcium chloride as <br /> directed by the '.lashington County Engineer. <br /> 6. The inspection fee shall be based on the amount of the material re- <br /> moved from the site. The charge shall be fixed at a rate of one cent <br /> per cubic yard of material removed. The amount of the fee shall be <br /> coriputed based on estimates submitted by the applicant and confirmed <br /> by the 'tashington County Engineer. ;,2,000.00 shall be paid immediately <br /> to the City of Hugo for prepayment for inspection fees and shall be <br /> finally settled at completion of the highway construction project. <br /> 7. The contractor shall provide a ',40,000.00 bond and a ';10,000.00 <br /> irrevocable letter of credit for the maintenance and or reconstruc- <br /> tion of the haul reads. <br /> 8.
