This special use permit shall expire on September 30, 1975, and all <br /> conditions of it shall have been complied with by that date or it <br /> may be extended due to canditions beyond the contractors control to <br /> include labor relations or acts of God. <br /> 10. As a part of this special use pe-rrait, the applicant is authorized to <br /> operate a hot—mix asphalt plant. This plant shall be operated in com— <br /> pliance with the Minnesota Pollution Control agency's Operating Permit <br /> Number 1022-73-0-1 . <br /> 11 .
