Roll was <br /> coiled: Lease, LeroLu,1, TIartin, S :ith present, LaValle absent. <br /> The minutes of July 1st were reviewed and stand approved as presented. <br /> The minutes of July 8th were reviewed and stand approved as presented. <br /> T'iotion i.iade by Lease, seconded by Leroux to pay the General Claims . <br /> Notion carried. <br /> Joseph Card of 12604 Ingersoll Avenue appeared regarding a slight dis— <br /> agreerient with the building inspector Crever over a building permit. T.-_r. <br /> Cord now resides in a su_mer 'Home built on a cer�e_it slab on 65 x 95 <br /> lot on Sunset I:ai.e. Tie i•rants to remodel the 1st floor and add a second <br /> story to the hone. _according to Tor: Crever, the State Building Code states <br /> that all buildings of this type must be on frost footings. The council <br /> asked a fear questions of I.`r. David Yirscht, a site planner, <br /> represented tht;3,i. lie appeared with a. professionally dra,��_ plan and layout <br /> of the proposed golf course, and explained to council varous items. They <br /> had already received approval fror^ the Rice Creed :;atershed Board. Howard <br /> ? uusisto recommended putting in a dry well as a catch basin for runoff, <br /> and I"r. Kirscht was agreeable to this. IIe also said if a storm sewer were <br /> installed in that area, they would connect to it. The Planning Commission <br /> had recommended approval subject to ten conditions. It was noted they plan <br /> to start construction_ this year and finish next spring. <br /> Recess was called at 9•PP�;, during ahich tide the at Corney, engineer, <br /> and T r.
