Hours of operation shall be confined to the hours of 9:00 aI," to 10:00 <br /> PIE, Sunday through Thursday, to 11 :00 PIS" friday and Saturday June <br /> -through _August, and to -the hours of 9:00 AT," to 9:00 PIi Sunday through. <br /> Thursday, and 9:00 11I31 to 11 :00 P,T*-' friday and Saturday for the balance <br /> of the year. <br /> 2 . Fighting shall be installed in accordance with the plan presented to <br /> the Planning Commission and in no instance shall illumination exceed <br /> 5 foot candles at the exterior of the golf course. <br /> 3. The complete grading and drainage plan b:., submitted and approved by <br /> the City '°,ngineer prior to any construction. <br /> 4. _Adequate sanitary facilities providing for two separate toilet facil— <br /> ities shall be installed. <br /> 5. The six foot high redwood fence proposed on the east end of the property <br /> shall be set bacl. from the ;Oroperty line not less than three feet. <br /> 6. 1111 the e::terior screening and all site preparations required for sur— <br /> face draina-e shall be completed within one year following issuance <br /> of the Special Use Permit. <br /> 7. The applicant shall be required to post a bond in the amount of 4;5000.00 <br /> to insure compliance with the exterior screening, surface water drainage <br /> site preparation, and parking area surface requirements. <br /> 10. This permit shall be reviewed, in a period not More than 18 months <br /> after its issuance, by the Planning Commission to assess the degree of <br /> compliance with the plan as subr_litted. Permission for all construction <br /> of lights not installed as of that date shall be revolted. <br /> 11 . ":n approved catch basin shall be installed in the picnic area to handle <br /> drainage from the additional par'_•;ing spaces and miniature golf course. <br /> Depressions o- other suitable neans of diverting the surface mater to <br /> the catch basin shall be installed. The club house had been moved back on <br /> this plan, campingarea provided, and four driveways provided, I,r. ' inds— <br /> vater was told new plans should be provided, drawn by a registered arch— <br /> tect, showinz 300 yards to the oast and crest, ma..lcing only one driveway, and <br /> the camping area parking only. They are also to provide a grading <br /> and drainage plan. <br />
