Lee Martin <br /> felt in all fairness to Mrs. Horton, an arbitrator should check on the <br /> yard. Howard and the Fire Chief are to do the checking. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Leroux and seconded to extend the meeting past the 11 :00 <br /> P.M. deadlire•. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Leroux, seconded by Smith to deny the Minor Subdivision of <br /> Warren Creager because it does not comply with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Regarding the Wilbur Schuman Junk Yard License, LaValle was to work with <br /> Schuman on this. It was stated Mr. Schuman wants to phase out his opera- <br /> tion. Motion made by Martin, seconded by Smith to table the Wilbur Schuman <br /> Junk Yard License until the October 21 st meeting. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Martin, seconded by Smith to adopt Resolution 1974-20, <br /> a Resolution Certifying Annual Levy To County Auditor, General Levy, <br /> $54,150.50, Outside Limitations of PERA $2644.00, Tree Inspector $2300.00, <br /> Metro Sewer (Bond Indebtedness) $2649.00, and Fire Equip. Bonds of 1974 <br /> $8200.00. Motion carried. <br /> Lee Martin mentioned there was a fallen down barn causing a nuisance <br /> on the Gerald Preston residence on 180th Street and neighbors had complained <br /> the building inspector and fire chief will be instructed to inspect an'1 <br /> report their findings to Council. <br /> Motion made by Leroux, seconded by Martin to adjourn at 11 :20 PM.
